JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - As June comes to an end, Missouri gas prices are on the rise. The website GasBuddy says gas prices have risen nearly four cents per gallon the past week, averaging $1.86.
GasBuddy adds that gas prices in Missouri are almost 24 cents per gallon higher than a month ago. However, gas prices are still about 53 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
According to Gas-Buddy, the national average for a gallon of gas is $2.17.
